Welcome to Review Buddy 👋 These terms cover how you can use our product. We’ve written them to be clear and straightforward, because nobody should need a lawyer to understand what they’re signing up for.
By using Review Buddy, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the product.
1. Who We Are
Review Buddy is operated by [Your Company Name] (ABN: [Your ABN]), based in Australia. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Review Buddy.

2. Who Can Use Review Buddy
Review Buddy is built for developers and businesses. By signing up, you confirm that:
- You’re at least 18 years old
- You’re acting on behalf of yourself or a business entity
- The information you provide is accurate and up to date
3. What You’re Paying For
Paid Subscription
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
One-Time Payment
Some features or plans may be available as a one-time purchase. These give you lifetime access to the product as it exists at the time of purchase, including minor updates. Major new feature tiers may be priced separately.
All prices are in AUD and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
4. Refund Policy
We want you to love Review Buddy. If it’s not working out, here’s our policy:
- Subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal if you haven’t made significant use of the service. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
- One-time payments: Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the product doesn’t work as described.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 14-day window.
To request a refund, email adrian@reviewbuddy.com with your order details and we’ll get back to you within 2 business days.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Review Buddy to:
- Collect or post fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit our platform
- Resell or sublicense access to Review Buddy without our written permission
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Your Data
We collect and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Review Buddy, you agree to our data practices as described there.
You own the data you bring into Review Buddy. We don’t claim any rights over your customer reviews or business data.
7. Availability & Uptime
We aim to keep Review Buddy running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime. We’ll do our best to notify you in advance of any planned maintenance.
We’re not liable for any losses caused by downtime, bugs, or service interruptions, but we’ll always work quickly to fix issues when they arise.
8. Intellectual Property
Everything that makes Review Buddy, Review Buddy, the code, design, branding, and content – belongs to us. You’re welcome to use the product as intended, but you can’t copy, reproduce, or redistribute our work without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Review Buddy’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Changes to These Terms
If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we’ll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Review Buddy after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of NSW.
